This policy explains how Invisible Tech (“we”, “us”) handles information collected through
this website, otto.invisibletech.work (the “Site”) — the marketing page for
our Otto assistant. It covers the enquiry form and website analytics. It does not cover the Otto assistant
product itself, which is provided under a separate agreement and privacy policy.
1. Information we collect
- Details you submit: when you fill in the “get in touch” form, we collect
the name, WhatsApp number, and message you choose to provide, so we can respond to your enquiry.
- If you message us on WhatsApp: tapping a WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp with your own
account; any conversation is then subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.
- Analytics: we use PostHog to understand how visitors use the Site
(pages viewed, buttons clicked, approximate location, device/browser type). This helps us improve the
Site and measure our advertising. PostHog may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser.
2. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and, if you ask, arrange a call.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- To measure and improve our advertising and understand which campaigns bring interested visitors.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who we share it with
- PostHog — our analytics provider, which processes usage data on our behalf.
- Hosting and infrastructure — the providers that run this Site.
- Advertising platforms (e.g. Meta) — if you reach us via an ad, the platform may
record that the click led to a visit, under its own terms.
- Legal and safety — where required by law or to protect our rights and users.
4. Retention
We keep enquiry submissions for as long as needed to follow up and for our legitimate business records,
then delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
5. Your choices and rights
- You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the details you submitted — email us below.
- You can opt out of analytics cookies using your browser’s controls or a “Do Not Track”
/ cookie-blocking setting.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as India’s Digital
Personal Data Protection Act or the EU/UK GDPR.
6. Children
The Site is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to anyone under 18.

We may update this policy; the “Effective” date above shows when it last changed.
